BEATH HIGH SCHOOL CENTENARY
1910 - 2010
As Rector of Beath High School I am very proud to welcome you to our Centenary Website.
2010 promises to be a memorable year for Beath High School and we are delighted to share this very special event with the community of Cowdenbeath, in particular, with all our former pupils and staff.
Beath has a very special place at the heart of the community and it is only appropriate that we mark 100 years of education, for all, a wonderful philosophy which is part and parcel of our Scottish Heritage.
You will see that we have many events planned for 2010 and we hope to involve the whole community as often as we can. Indeed I would like to invite you to leave your comments and 'tag' old photographs on our Facebook page as we try and find out ‘where are you all now!’ – in all parts of the globe.
In closing I want to pay tribute to the staff and pupils who have volunteered their time and effort to make all these events and this website possible. Thank you very much for your continued support of your school.
